The 2011-12 "One Night Stand" |
ICT is sponsoring a series of free "Coffee House" concerts at the | |
The second of the 2011-2012 "One Night Stand" series of free concerts at the Warehouse Theatre was an evening with Maggie Wilson on Thursday, December 29th, at 7:00 PM. Maggie really wowed the standing room only crowd with her original work, and harmonies with her brother Micael. A 19 year-old Iola native, Maggie played a variety of songs. To quote Maggie, "It's a little oldies, a little bluesy, a little pop, and a little folk rock." Armed with an acousic guitar (named Louis Prima) and a loop pedal (unnamed) to create harmonies with herself, she showcased a few of her own original songs heard for the first time that night. |
